Kim guest starred on several episodes of the Lifetime show earlier this summer.
She played Nikki LePree, a woman who befriended Stacy (April Bowlby), only to steal the young woman's life's savings when the blond handed it over so they could open a pake shop together.
The law appears to finally catch up with Kim's character, Nikki, in the upcoming episode.
"Drop Dead Diva" airs Sundays at 9 PM on Lifetime.
