What Is Super Extreme DUI

What Is Super Extreme DUI - A Topock man was arrested early Monday morning for allegedly driving with a blood-alcohol concentration nearly four times the legal limit. Mohave Country sheriff’s deputies pulled over Scott Jarc, 52, for speeding down County Route 1 at about 4:20 a.m. As they approached his vehicle, deputies said they smelled alcohol, the department said.

Jarc admitted to drinking earlier and failed the sobriety tests, sheriff’s deputies said.

He was taken into custody and an analysis revealed his blood-alcohol concentration to be .328 percent.

Jarc faces DUI counts that include extreme DUI and super extreme DUI with a blood-alcohol level above .20 percent.
