Casey Anthony To Turn Journal Into Book - Casey Anthony has been keeping a journal ever since her daughter Caylee disappeared, Casey Anthony To Turn Journal Into Book, and now hopes to turn it into a best-selling book, according to reports.
"Casey has been keeping a journal and spends the majority of her days now writing," Radar Online reports, adding: "Casey will absolutely be releasing a book, it's just a matter of time. Casey feels this is the only way that she can get her story out and she feels like the public wants to hear from her...her lawyer Cheney Mason has been in discussions with several different publishers, although the response from them has been lukewarm at best."
The site reports that the big publishing houses are concerned about the backlash from the public should Anthony try to defend herself in print.
Anthony was acquitted of murdering her two-year-old daughter in 2011. She had been hiding out in South Florida, but reports said she was forced to move in early June after her location was discovered.
Last week she told CNN that she was "ashamed in many ways" of her former behavior, and added, "I'm not making gazillions of dollars at the hands of other people, or trying to sell myself to anyone willing to throw a couple of dollars at me."
Meanwhile, Anthony's former attorney Jose Baez is releasing his book "Presumed Guilty" through Ben Bella, the same publisher which is releasing Rielle Hunter's tell-all.
