Children’s gear

H&M stores recalled approximately 2,900 children’s water bottles after a report of a choking hazard. h&m water bottles spout breaking off in a child’s mouth,

Bluestem Brands is recalling nearly 5,000 Range Rider ride-on toy cars due to fire and burn hazards. range rider battery can overheat, smoke, melt and catch on fire, range rider recall + no injuries reported,

 

Pharmaceutical products

Qualitest recalled one lot of its hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen tablets. hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen, hydrocodone recall + C1440512A, hydrocodone bitartrate recall + higher dosage of acetaminophen,
