Charlie Sheen Denied Weekend Custody Of Daughters

Charlie Sheen Denied Weekend Custody Of Daughters - Denise Richards has been left so 'disgusted' by ex-husband Charlie Sheen's behaviour that she has decided her two children shouldn't go anywhere near the actor, it has been claimed.

Richards, who was married to Sheen between 2002 and 2006, is said to believe the way Sheen is currently living, with his two 'goddesses' Bree Olsen and Natalie Kenly, is too much of a 'risk' to their daughters, six-year-old Sam and five-year-old Lola.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Richards claims that at least one of the 'goddesses' is using drugs, a claim vehemently denied by Sheen.

Sheen is also said to have invited Richards to take part in the now infamous photoshoot with the goddesses and his two sons with ex Brooke Mueller, which she refused.

It is alleged Sheen then sent several strong-worded text messages to Richards following her refusal.

TMZ also reports that Richards is believed to have agreed that Sheen was in the right 'state of mind' to tell his girlfriends as they travelled to the Bahamas that he 'violently' hated Richards, and wanted to have her hair shaved off.

Richards is no stranger to Sheen's controversial lifestyle, and was on holiday with the actor in New York last October when he was found naked and drunk in The Plaza Hotel with porn star Capri Anderson.

Sheen is allegedly to have wrecked the hotel suite before locking a naked Anderson in a cupboard.

The actress was apparently in a hotel room across the corridor with their daughters when the incident happened.

Sheen is currently involved in a custody battle with ex Mueller over their two sons, 23-month-old Bob and Max.

The children were taken away from the 45-year-old actor by police on Tuesday night after Mueller was granted a restraining order claiming the star had been both verbally and physically abusive towards her.

However, yesterday it had appeared the pair had tentatively agreed a 'verbal' custody deal regarding their sons, which was apparently ruined when Sheen took to his Twitter page to tweet fans about the progression.

Revealing the deal was a direct violation of the conditions agreed with the couple's lawyers, and as a result the agreement is now off.

Sheen had tweeted: 'not sure what all the legal noise is about... just verbally reached a deal with B. [thought to be Mueller] no court mon. yay....'

Sheen and his legal team had been due in court on Monday to meet the judge who issued a restraining order against him at the request of his ex-wife.

He continued: '..yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish.... odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha'!'

Yesterday it emerged that Sheen had been locked in meetings with his legal team formulating a custody case which was said to be based on the fact he believes Mueller is not a fit mother.

His alleged evidence is believed to back up a claim that the former real estate investor allegedly uses drug use.

Describing Mueller as 'erratic', a source said Sheen held evidence which, they claimed, will prove she is still abuses the prescription medication Norco, a narcotic pain reliever.

But as part of his divorce settlement, Sheen is under legal obligation not to 'disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Brooke's alleged drug usage.'

If he were found to have breached that agreement, Sheen would be in contempt of court, with a possible prison sentence of up to six months.

For her part Mueller had apparently requested that Charlie Sheen's two 'goddesses' agree to regular drug tests when the actor is given access to his sons again.

Mueller apparently told her lawyers she wants Sheen's two girlfriends, Bree Olson and Natalie Kenley, to regularly be tested, and is unhappy about her 23-month-old sons Bob and Max being around the women.

Sheen has been undergoing various TV and radio interview regarding his sons and his relationship with Mueller since his sons were taken away on Tuesday night.

Footage later emerged of the actor saying goodbye to the boys, kissing his sons, who turn two later this month, after handing them over to officers.

The boys can be heard saying 'goodbye dada' as the Two And A Half Men star straps them into a car seat.

'Don't say goodbye, just say see you later,' Sheen is heard saying in response.
Sheen has also been using Twitter to communicate with fans about the status of the case.

It was confirmed today that the actor now holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest Twitter user to reach one million followers after hitting the figure in just 25 hours and 17 minutes.

Sheen signed up for the social networking site on Tuesday afternoon and now has a staggering 1,503,871 followers.

He could also make up to $1million annually through tweeting product endorsements, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Arnie Gullov-Singh, the CEO of Ad.ly, who helped Sheen start on Twitter, said Sheen can earn between $200 and $25,000 for a single Tweet and could soon outrun Kim Kardashian, currently the company's most prolific star for earning money through social networking adverts.

Meanwhile, Sheen has revealed to gossip site RadarOnline.com that Russell Brand has now joined celebrities Mel Gibson and Sean Penn in supporting him in his custody battle.

Sheen said Brand sent him a text message on Tuesday, apparently praising the Two And A Half Men star and lending him support.

Talking about getting so much support from his famous friends, Sheen said: 'It's radical... it's just love, to see a giant marquee name come through on your caller ID, it's like, winning!'
