According to the "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer, she and her therapist husband are seeking relationship help.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com , the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas last month in the back of a pink Cadillac at the same chapel where stars including Britney Spears and Elvis Presley once got married.
This is the singer's fourth marriage. She divorced longtime friend and collaborator Steve Cooney in April after being together for just eight months.
