How Did Warren Beatty And Annette Bening Meet

How Did Warren Beatty And Annette Bening Meet - The wedding between Warren Beatty and Annette Bening came to people as a very big surprise. Many people predicted that it would not last, especially with the difference of 21 years in age between the two of them. I was one of the few who thought it would last and they’ll be needing some baby shower favors soon enough!

Warren Beatty and Annette met in 1991 when they had a lunch meeting in a Pizza restaurant in San Pietro to discuss on the movie Bugsy which was to stare both of them. It was in a restaurant close to Warren’s Beverly Hills office. For him, it must have been love at first site as he immediately knew on seeing Annette, that she was the one for him. For Annette, it was just another meeting with the focus being the job at hand. Never did she feel that she was meeting with the man with whom she was going to spend the rest of her life.

Warren Beatty

Warren Beatty who is also known as Henry Warren Beatty was born on March 30, 1937. He was born in Richmond, Virginia. Warren is an actor, a producer, director, a writer and a screenwriter.

Annette Bening

Annette, full name – Annette Francine Bening was born on May 29, 1958. She was born in Topeka, Kansas. Annette was previously married to J. Steven White. They wedded on May 26, 1984 and separated in 1986 but finally divorced in 1991.

Their Wedding

Annette and Warren had a private wedding on March 3, 1992 and it was made public on March 12, 1992. Their maids of honor was their daughter named kathlyn who was two months old at the time.

The marriage is blessed with four children. They are Kathlyn Beatty Bening who was born 1992, Beatty J. Benjamin who was born 1994, Isabel Beatty who was born 1997 and Ella Beatty who was born in 2000.

They lived in a house which was designed by Warren 12 years right before their marriage. Warren’s marriage to Annette came as a surprise because his friends never expected that he would one day get married. Peter Evans claimed that Warren had once told him of how he (Warren) shied away from marriage because he was not ready for commitments and because of his weakness for infidelity. But suddenly Warren felt the need to start a family of his own and he realized that time was no longer on his side.

Luckily that was when he met Annette. And on a side note, our bridal shower favors and wedding favors would have been perfect for the wedding with Annette, Warren never had a problem with marriage neither did he have any fears about having children. He felt safe with her and trusted her personality, her intellect and her disposition towards love. He had spent a large part of his life having nice times and he realized it was time to settle down with someone he could love and spend the rest of his life with, and that turned out to be Annette.

Warren bought a beautiful flower-petal pendant for Annette to mark their 10th wedding anniversary. It was a 19th century choker from Neil Lane in Los Angeles. It had four petals made with red garnets edged about with diamonds. The four petals symbolized their four children Kathy, Ben, Isabel and Ella who were aged 10, 7, 5 and 1 respectively as at the time.
